Justin Olk - Founder/Host/Producer

Western Michigan

Justin has been hunting for as long as he can remember. From the day he found an old recurve bow left behind in an abandoned barn, Justin has been driven by bowhunting. Justin's hunting adventures have taken him across the country in search for trophy game both with a bow and a camera. From wild goats on the tropical island of Maui, to the snowy peaks of the Rockies in search of giant bulls, and of course to the woodlands and farmland of the Midwest searching for monster bucks. His aggressive tactics bowhunting for trophy game are both fun to watch and inspiring at the same time. As Justins outdoor photography and videography career became well known, he developed DreamPoint Productions LLC and the team below to allow viewers a unique visual experience rather than just another hunting program on television.

Brian Weber

Central Michigan

Brian's addiction to the outdoors started at a young age and has taken him both into the classroom where he obtained a degree in Biology, and across North America where he has hunted Elk, Caribou, Bear, Whitetails and Turkey. He remains consistant in his study of the outdoors and is time and again on big Whitetailsin his home state of Michigan and on his farm in West Central Illinois. His enthusiasm for filming has led him to a fresh adventure; he, along with his brother Brent, are the newest members of DreamPoint Outdoors. Now he will continue his passion by telling his story through the lens.

Brent Weber

Central Michigan

Brent comes from a family with an extensive hunting heritage. Brent's passion towards land management has only increased his obsession for harvesting mature Whitetails. Whether he is hunting his farm in Michigan or traveling to a new destination, Brent always comes through under pressure either behind a bow or behind the camera.

Mitch Rood:

Western Michigan

Mitch Rood has beem behind the camera for DreamPoint since 2011. On his very first assignment with DreamPoint he was able to film Justin shoot a monster buck in Illinois on the very first evening. Since then Mitch's "luck" has held true on dozens of hunts. Having the trained eye of a top notch cameraman as well as the instincts of a seasoned hunter is a hard combination to find. Putting in the work behind the scenes for the most part, you may not see Mitch on screen as much as a few others but believe us when we tell you his role is one of the most important on our team.
